Solar Energy Plant

Gamesolar energy plant  is funded by Abu Dhabi’s geen Masdar company  and Spain’s Sener a leading  engineering firm. The idea  behind the new Gamesolar plant  is to transfer the  heat energy from the sun using a series of  mirrors and very hot salt. This then turns to liquid and is pumped to steam turbines which then produce electricity. Each year  is targeted to produce  110 gigawatts and they are challenged to maximize its capacity. The building design is so new that it took three  years to complete and was very expensive. The plant needs to control the passage of the  mirrors by a separate control system  centered on a main tower .The term heliostat is used to describe the complete design of the units.
